- NEW TITLE! Mira's Saber Six, (Colt x Cass) owned by Tim Ahrndt passed the Therapy Dog International Certification Test AND the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test! Pending approval, Strider will be known as Mira's Saber Zix CDC TDI NAVHDA-NA pz I ... WAY TO GO GUYS! Strider just turned one-year old in May!
- NEW TITLE! Mira's Circus Maximus JH NAVHDA-NA pzIII (Nika x T-Bone) owned by Mara Mrvos completed his Junior Hunter title 8/28/11 Penn's Woods Pointing Dog Trainer's test in Barkeyville, PA. WAY TO GO!
- NEW TITLE! Radinski's Star Gazer CGC "Lily", (Colt x Bella) owned by Gretchen Stohl, passed her Canine Good Citizen test! WAY TO GO!
- NEW TITLE! Mira's Saber Six, (Colt x Cass) owned by Tim Ahrndt, received his NAVHDA Natural Ability PRIZE 1 on August 21, 2011. WAY TO GO!
- Zen ~ Mira's Peaceful Forecast ~ (Colt x Cass) was awarded Best of Breed on Friday, and Best Opposite Sex on Saturday and Sunday at the Cranberry Cluster August 19-21
- NEW TITLE!!! Colt's brother Korbin finished his Championship at the Vizsla Club of the Carolinas Specialty Show July 28, 2011 with a 5-point major BEST OF WINNERS award. He is now CH Bravo's So Unforgettable, owned/bred by Colisha Schallock! With this win, that makes four of the litter who have finished their Championships at a specialty or during a specialty weekend! Way to do it!
- NEW TITLE! Colt earned his Canine Good Citizen title July 17, 2011! He's is now officially known as CH Mira's Peacemaker CGC!
- NEW TITLE! July 17, 2011 was a big day for us at the Vizsla Club of Illinois Specialty! Seven's granddaughter "Kiva" was awarded the 5-point major when she took Winner's Bitch to finish her Championship! She is now CH Kirche's Caoimhe At New Dawn, owned by Virginia M. Tierney & John & Amy Lehman, bred by Tina Church. WAY TO GO KIVA!

- Zen ~ Mira's Peaceful Forecast ~ picked up two more CH points at the Anoka County Kennel Club Show June 23, 2011 under judge Dana Cline. Her uncle Korbin (Bravo's So Unforgetable) also got 2 points at the same show.
- NEW TITLE!!!! ~ GCH Hi-Weyer Tokaji Aszu' JH, owned by George Weyer and Andy Weyer, earned his AKC Grand Championship June 19, 2011! Oz is out of Marley x Omega.
- Mira's Saber Six owned by Tim Ahrndt (Cass & Colt) earned his NAVHDA NA-pz II title on June 18, 2011.

- Zen (Mira's Peaceful Forecast) was handled by breeder/owner Michel Berner to her first two Championship points by going Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and BEST OF BREED over a special from the 12-18 month bitch class under judge Elliott Weiss at the Indianhead Kennel Club show on May 15, 2011. - NEW CHAMPION!!! Colt was awarded Winners Dog for the 4-point major to finish his Championship title at the Badger Kennel Club show on Friday May 6, 2011 under judge Mr Richard Byrd, so pending AKC approval, his new name is CH Mira's Peacemaker! CLICK HERE TO SEE WIN PHOTO
- April 30 & May 1 made for a great weekend for competitions and tests! FC AFC RU-NAFC Bur Oak's Quarterback (Rex, a Briggs son) won 1st place in the 3-point Amateur Limited Gun Dog stake and CH Hi-Weyer Tokaji Aszu' JH (Ozzie, a Marley son) won 2nd place (and his FIRST AFC points!) in the same stake at the Vizsla Club of Eastern Iowa field trial under judges Bill Elliot and Julie Nelson. Mira's Circus Maksimus (Maks, a Nika & T-Bone son) also received his second leg of his JH at the GSP Hunt Test in Newcomerstown, Ohio with the highest scores of the weekend (Hunting 9.5, Bird Finding 9.5, Pointing 9.9 and Trainiability 9.25).
- Ozzie (CH Hi-Weyer Tokaji Aszu JH) was awarded more Select Dog points that needed over Easter weekend in Waterloo, Iowa, towards his Grand Champion title, and celebrated the win by going to Shellsburg, Iowa immediately after to compete in the German Shorthair Pointer Club of Eastern Iowa field trial! That is a Dual potential dog at it's finest! Congrats to the Weyers! He only needs two more points to finish his GCH title!
- CH Hi-Weyer Tokaji Aszu JH was awarded 4th place in the Amateur Gun Dog stake at the Gateway Vizsla & German Shorthair Club field trial April 1, 2011 at Pinckneyville, IL against all-breed competition. He's owned by Andy Weyer and George Weyer, and was handled by Andy to the win.
- Mira's Peacemaker "Colt" is hitting the show ring again so we can pick up the last "major" needed for him to finish his Championship title. In March, he picked up one 3rd place, three 2nd place, two 1st place, and two Reserve Winners Dog wins. He will be coming home for the month of April, then will hit the shows again in May! 2010 NEWS
- We were honored to be accepted into the AKC Breeder of Merit program on November 12, 2010! Thank you to all of my puppy buyers who have help me to meet their requirements by registering your dogs with AKC and competing in Rally, Agility, Field Trials, Hunt Tests, Obedience, and in the Conformation ring!
- Mira's Sugar Tree Stomp (Rasta x Briggs), owned by Dru Puckett, was awarded 2nd place in the Open Puppy stake at the Mason-Dixon German Shorthair Pointer field trial November 6, 2010. She's now moved up to #33 in the country!
- Mira's Fun on the Run, (Trey x Archiee, a Briggs granddaughter) owned by Rick and Mary Heist was awarded 3rd place in the Vizsla Club of Northern California Amateur Walking Puppy stake May 1, 2010! Way to go Rick and Mary!
- Mira's Tennessee Sugar Tree Stomp (Sugar), owned by Dru Puckett, picked up another 2nd place Open Puppy win at the Pointer Associates of New England field trial 10/29/2010. She is now ranked #42 in the country with this win. Go Sugar!
- NEW TITLE! Congratulations to Mara Mrvos and Maks (Mira's Circus Maximus NAVHDA-NA pzIII)Maks was awarded a Prize III at the Buckeye Chapter of the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association's Natural Ability Test. Way to go Mara and Maks!

- Congratulations to Dru Puckett! His little girl Sugar (Mira's Tennessee Sugar Tree Stomp) was awarded 2nd place on 10/23/10 at the Old Dominion Vizsla Club field trial Open Puppy Stake AND second place in the Amateur Walking Puppy on 10/24/2010. Way to go Team Sugar!
- NEW TITLE! Marley's first-born son, Ozzie, has finished his show Championship title 9/3/2010! He has garnered 4 Best of Breed wins along the way, and pending AKC approval, is now CH Hi-Weyer Tokaji Aszu JH! He's owned by Andy Weyer and George Weyer. Watch for him at a field trial near you!

- NEW TITLE!!! "Rex" finished his Field Champion title at the Vizsla Club of Michigan's trial on 5/30/10 making him FC AFC Burr Oak's Quarterback! Briggs is proud of his son!
- Mira's Peacemaker "Colt" was awarded 4th in the Open Dogs class at the Twin Cities Vizsla Club Specialty under judge Lester Mapes on 5/28/10 and was awarded 1st in Open Dogs and Reserve Winner by judge Stephen Hubbell at the Key City Kennel Club show on 5/29/10
- NEW TITLE!!!!- Burr Oak's Quarterback "Rex" (Briggs & Lucy) was declared winner of the Open Gun Dog and Amateur Gun Dog stakes at the Vizsla Club of Illinois walking field trial on May 22-23, 2010. Rex finished his AFC (Amateur Field Championship) and only needs 1 more point to finish his FC (Field Championship) title!
- Briggs & Kiwi's grandson "Cash", Shiloh Cash Jackpot, owned/handled by Darrell Jech was given 3rd place at the Open Derby stake at the Four Lakes German Shorthair field trial May 15th at Portage, WI
- Burr Oak’s Quarterback, "Rex", owned by Jim Gingrich, Winnebago, IL and handled by Brian Gingrich was named Top Vizsla at the AKC National Retrieving Gun Dog Championship in May 2010. There were 100 pointing dogs entered (91 dogs started the competition), and Rex was the ONLY Vizsla called back to the second series of the competition! The event coverage can be seen here

Korbin, Flare, and Eddie are Colt's littermates.
- Seven's grandson "Tookie", 2xBISS CH Russet Leather Namaste Warrior, just picked up his second Best In Specialty Show the first weekend of May 2010 at the South Coast Vizsla Club in So-Cal
- Mira's Peacemaker "Colt" was awarded Winners Dog and Best Opposite Sex at the Salina Kennel Club under judge Norman Kenney on April 10, 2010
- NEW TITLE!!! - Strider's Ace MH (Max & Rose) completed his Master Hunter title April 18, 2010 with consecutive passes! Ace is is owner trained and handled by Victor Barger
- Strider's Generator "Briggs" picked up another retrieving point towards his Field Championship at the Nebraska Vizsla Club trial March 20, 2010 with Jerry Jordan handling.
- Mira's Peacemaker "Colt" was awarded Winners Dog, Best of Winners, and BEST OF BREED to earn his first Major win at the Cyclone Country Kennel Club show February 21, 2010 under judge Janice Prvenzano. See Colt's page for win photo once it arrives in the mail
- Burr Oak's Quarterback "Rex" (Briggs & Lucy) was declared winner of the 16-dog Amateur Gun Dog stake at the German Shorthair Pointer Club of Southern Georgia on February 21, 2010.
- Hi-Weyer Tokaji Aszu JH "Ozzie" (Marely & Omega) won the 4-point major at the Land
O'Lakes Kennel Club show in St. Paul, MN on 1/10/2010 under judge Helen
Lee James. Andy Weyer handled Ozzie to the win (and Oz left the next morning to go back out on the field trial circuit for the spring!) Click here to see win photo
2009 NEWS
- Mira's Peacemaker "Colt" was handled to his first CH point by Sheila Stahr at the Edwardsville Illinois Kennel Club dog show in Belleville, IL under judge Peter Bauer. See Colt's page for win photo.
- Andy & George Weyer's boy Ozzie Hi-Weyer's Tokaji Aszu' JH (Marley & O Mega) was awarded Reserve on Satuday and on Sunday was awarded Winners Dog for 2 points at the Granite City Kennel Club show at St Cloud , MN in December 2009.
- Burr Oak's Quarterback "Rex" (Briggs & Lucy) was awarded the 2009 Runner-Up in the Vizsla Club of America National Amateur Field Championship near Danville, VA
- Seven's grandson "Tookie" (BISS CH Russet Leather Namaste Warrior) (Cayenne & Bismark) was given the Judge's Award of Merit at the Vizsla Club of America National Specialty show in Raleigh, NC
- Mira's Peacemaker "Colt" was awarded 4th place out of the Open Dog class at the Vizsla Club of the Carolinas Specialty on 10/31/2009
- Strider's Generator "Briggs" was handled by Jerry Jordan 2nd place in the Open Gun Dog stake at the Show Me Vizsla Club field trial 10/18/2009 judged by Richard Brewington & Bruce Heiter
- Strider's Generator "Briggs" began his gun dog career with Jerry Jordan by being awarded 3rd place at the German Wirehaired Pointer Club of Eastern Nebraska's Open Gun Dog (Retrieving) stake on 10/10/2009 with Jerry at the helm. There were 35 dogs in that stake judged by David Borg and Joe Fingerlin
- Burr Oak's Quarterback "Rex" (Briggs & Lucy) won his first Amateur points at the Vizsla Club of Eastern Iowa trial
- Burr Oak's Quarterback "Rex" (Briggs & Lucy) earned his first gun dog major when he was awarded 1st place at the Vizsla Club of Illinois Open Gun dog (retrieving) stake over 14 dogs September 19, 2009.

- Rockit Dog JH "Rockit" (Amber & Ruger) owned by Jeff Parise was awarded 2nd place at the Vizsla Club of Illinois field trial September 20, 2008
- Hi-Weyer Tokaji Essencia "Joz" (Cass & T-Bone) owned by Andy Weyer & Pat Kurt was awarded 3rd place at the German Shorthair Pointer Club of Eastern Iowa trial September 13, 2008
- Shiloh's Enforcer "Brady" owned by Josh Ritenour (Briggs & Kiwi) finished his Derby career with a bang this spring when he was awarded first place at the Four Lakes German Shorthair Pointer Club field trial May 16, 2008
2007 NEWS
- NEW TITLE!!!--Andy & George Weyer's boy Ozzie (Marley & O Mega) recently finished his Junior hunter title and earned his first conformation points. He's now officially Hi-Weyer's Tokaji Aszu' JH.
- Shiloh Promise Land "Moses" and Shiloh N Mira's Magdalene JH "Maggie" rocked the Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club's 30-dog Open Derby stake. Moses was awarded first place and Maggie was awarded 2nd place by judges Julia Bonar and Debby Fridlund-Lynn on April 15, 2007
- NEW TITLE!!!--Rockit Dog JH "Rockit" finished his JH title with owner/handler Jeff Parise
- Strider's Forecaster JH "Cass" was awarded Reserve to the 4-point major at Land O'Lakes Kennel Club on January 6, 2007...and Marley's son Hi-Weyer's Tokaji Aszu ("Ozzie") went Reserve on January 7th.
2006 NEWS
- Shiloh N Mira's Magdalene JH "Maggie" was awarded 3rd place at the Vizsla Club of America's National Puppy competition by judges Tim Schillereff and Bill Webb on October 28, 2006.
- Shiloh's Promise Land "Moses" made his American Field mark when he was awarded 2nd Runner-up at the National Vizsla Association Derby Classic on October 4th at Ionia Michigan.
- It was a good weekend for us at the German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Minnestoa field trial on 9/23 & 9/24 - Cass (Strider's Forecaster JH) qualified for Nationals when she placed 3rd in the Open Derby, little Maggie ( Shiloh N Mira's Magdalene JH ) placed Second in the Open Puppy, and Moses (Shiloh's Promise Land) placed Third in the Open Puppy.
- Shiloh N Mira's Magdalene JH won her first two Field Championship points when she was declared 1st place at the Lake Superior Pointing Dog Club field trial at Solon Springs, WI. There were 2 Pointers, 3 German Shorthair Pointers and 5 Vizslas entered in the stake.
- NEW TITLE!!! -- Porter, owned by Jason & Jessica Grusnick finished his Junior Hunter title on 9/16/2006. He is now officially Porter JH. WAY TO GO PORTER!
- NEW TITLES!!!--Two of our "extended family" finished their Junior Hunter titles on September 3, 2006. Strider's Diamond Girl JH "Roxy", owned by Steve and Donna Hoelz (Seven x Storm) and Strider's Polish Vizion "Nubbins", owned by Ginger Grove (Molly x Mace) were both owner handled to their titles in four straight passes. Porter owned by Jason & Jessica Grusnick also picked up his 2nd & 3rd passes (out of 3 attempts) towards his Junior Hunter title, and Rockit-Dog owned by Jeff Parise picked up his first pass on his first ever entry Monday September 4th. Porter and Rock are littermates. Seven's grandson Storm Wind Strider's Red Warrior, owned by Sharon Shea and Kirsten Davis also finished his Junior Hunter. WAY TO GO GUYS!
- We closed on the new house on Friday June 30th. We plan to be totally out of the place in Dousman no later than July 15th. We need to install close to 7,000 feet of fencing, get a foundation poured, and erect a quail coop before August 15th. Busy days ahead.
- Strider's Forecaster JH was awarded another point towards her Championship at the Coulee Kennel Club show on August 5, 2006 under judge Sandra Goose Allen. She's done showing for the fall and will go back into field trial training.
- Strider's Prophet JH was awarded Reserve at the Little Fort Kennel Club show under judge Mr. Dana Cline on June 16, 2006. Sharon Shea offered to show him for me and handled him to the win.
- Strider's Forecaster JH picked more CH points at the Indianhead Kennel Club. On Saturday June 3, 2006, Cass was awarded Best Opposite Sex by Wayne Bousek and Sunday was awarded Reserve by Jean Fournier. Michel handled her to the wins.
- Strider's Forecaster JH picked up her first Championship points by going Winners Bitch at the Illinois Valley KC on 5/26 & 5/28, Winners Bitch at the Corn Belt KC on 5/27, and Reserve at the Corn Valley KC on 5/29. Cass is owned by Michel Berner & Robert Tomczak, handled by Michel Berner.
- NEW TITLE!!!--Strider's Ace SH finished finished his Senior Hunter at the Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club hunt test on May 21, 2006. Ace is owned, trained & handled by Victor and Colomba Barger.
- NEW TITLE!!!-- Strider's Razzmatazz JH finished her Junior Hunter at the Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club hunt test on May 21, 2006. Taz is owner trained and handled by Rodney & Anne Albin.
- We've got an accepted offer on 30.32 acres near Eau Claire, WI. VERY EXCITING! The critters and humans are counting down the days until we move to more space!
- NEW TITLE!!!--Shiloh N Mira's Magdalene JH finished her Junior Hunter at the Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club hunt test on May 21, 2006. Maggie is owned by Michel Berner and is handled by Michel Berner.
- Storm Wind Strider's Red Warrior "Ready" was awarded Winner's dog on Saturday 4/29/06 for 2 points at the Packerland Kennel Club. Ready also went Reserve Winner's dog the next day from the puppy 6-9 Class. This was Ready's 2nd time in the Show Ring. Sire: M- BIS/BISS CH Russet Leather Warrior's Mark, JH, Dam: CH Strider's Cayenne Here She Is. Owner's: Sharon Shea & Kirsten Davis.
- NEW TITLE!!!--FC AFC Strider's TNG SH CGC finished her Senior Hunter title on 4/29/2006 at the GWP of Wisconsin hunt test. Gennie is owned and handled by Michel Berner.
- NEW TITLE!!!--Strider's Prophet JH finished his Junior Hunter title on 4/23/2006 in consecutive weekends. Jeremiah is owned and handled by Michel Berner.
- NEW TITLE!!!--Strider's Red Flash SH finished his Senior Hunter title on 4/22/2006. Flash is owner trained and handled by Victor & Colomba Barger.
- NEW TITLE!!!--Strider's Top Choice JH finished his Junior Hunter Title on 3/26. T-Bone is owned/handled by Michel Berner.
- NEW TITLE!!!--Strider's Forecaster JH finished her Junior Hunter with ease. Cass received her first two JH passes on 3/25 & 3/26, placed 3rd in the Open Puppy stake Central Wisconsin Vizsla Club field trial on 4/8, then received her final two JH passes on 4/15 & 4/16. Cass is owned by Michel Berner & handled by Michel.
- Strider's Generator finished his Derby career with style. Briggs was named 1st Runner-up of the Midwest Vizsla Field Futurity 3/10/2006 and declared Winner of the 2006 National Vizsla Association National Derby Classic 3/22/2006. Briggs is owned by Michel Berner and was handled to both wins by Robert Tomczak.
- NEW TITLE!!!--CH Strider's Play the Field owned by Tina Church "Bones" finished her Championship on April 9, 2006 at the Kennel Club of Yorkville show under judge Lawrence Stanbridge. Bones finished her title in 8 weekends, receiving three successive "majors" and the needed single point in short order.
- Strider's Generator "Briggs" was awarded the title of Winner of the 2006 National Vizsla Association Derby Classic March 10, 2006. Briggs is owned by Michel Berner & Rob Tomczak, was bred by Wanda Berner, handled by Rob Tomczak, and scouted by Jonathan Peck. GO TEAM BRIGGS!
